SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping process:

  1. After payment has been made successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. At that moment your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. 
  2. As soon as your order is collected by the carrier you will receive another email with the tracking number. With that code you have access to all information about the status of your order. At that time begins to count the deadline stipulated for the delivery, depending on the destination. 

Estimated delivery time:

To Portugal: 1-3 working days

To EU: 3-7 working days 

To the rest of the world: to 15 working days

 * Our team works together with the carrier to meet delivery times. However in exceptional moments (like Black Friday, holidays, etc) there may be some delays due to the large volme of orders. In addition, the situation in which we live has also caused some disturbances. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping costs:

More than 50€: free

Less than 50€:

Portugal: 3,50€

Europe: 5,95€

Rest of the world: 8,50€

These prices are fixed regardless of the amount of articles ordered.

How will your order be sent?

 

All the orders are sent by registered mail (CTT) because it’s the safest way as it includes an insurance that covers loss or damage. Besides that, you’ll have access to all the information about the status of your order with the tracking that you’ll receive.

What happens if you’re not at home when the parcel arrives?

The parcel will be deposited at the CTT nearest office and an unsuccessful delivery notice will be left in your mail box. Then you must go there with the notice and your ID to pick it up. If the order is not picked by the date indicated in the notice, it will return to our warehouse and the reshipping costs will be borne by you.

My order is taking longer to arrive than expected. What am I supposed to do?

  1. Check the status of your order using the tracking code and the link inside the shipping confirmation email you’ve received.
  2. Check your mail box because you may have received an unsuccessful delivery notice. If that’s the case, your order is at the indicated CTT office.
