RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I exchange or return an article?
Yes. You have 15 days to decide if you want an item or not. If by any reason you no longer want it, you can exchange or return it. Here are your options:
- Exchange the item for other with equal price
- Exchange the item for another with higher price and pay the difference
- Return the item and have a full refund (excluding shipping costs)
To exchange an item for other with lower price is not possible.
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be in the exactly same conditions in which it was purchased and accompanied by its packaging. Exchanges or returns of damaged items will not be accepted.
How to exchange an item:
As soon as the article arrives at our facility and after checking its condition, you will receive an email with the IBAN for payment of the shipping costs and the price difference (in the case the item you want has higher value). After receiving proof of payment we will send the new item to the adress indicated within 24 hours. Please note: How to return an item: Send it with its packaging to: Avenida da República 274 hab.11.1 (this adress IS NOT open to the public).
As soon as the item arrives at our facility and after checking its condition, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount of your purchase will be credited to your account within a maximum of 10 days. Please note that the shipping costs will be excluded.
